Rebecca Inman
Founder, Accounting Benefit Solutions
Rebecca founded Accounting Benefit Solutions with a belief that business owners deserve more than reports and numbers — they deserve to understand what those numbers mean for their business.
With a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and more than 30 years of experience in accounting and financial operations, Rebecca brings deep expertise and a practical, down-to-earth approach to helping business owners understand the financial side of their companies.
At Accounting Benefit Solutions, we work alongside established service-based businesses as part of their team, providing ongoing financial support, insight, and guidance — from day-to-day financial management and reporting to planning and advisory support as their needs grow.
We’re especially passionate about supporting healthcare, wellness, and aesthetics practices, where owners are often balancing the demands of running a business with taking care of their patients and clients.
For Rebecca, the relationship matters just as much as the numbers. She believes working with your financial team shouldn’t feel intimidating or overly formal. It should feel comfortable, collaborative, and yes — even a little fun. Clients should always feel like they have someone they can trust, someone they can ask questions, and someone who understands where their business is going — not just where it’s been.
Giving Back to the Community
Giving back to the community has always been important to Rebecca. Over the years, she has volunteered her time with a variety of local organizations and causes, including Special Olympics, Northshore Schools Foundation, Holly House, and other community organizations. She believes being part of a community means more than simply doing business there — it means showing up, getting involved, and giving back whenever you can.
And when she isn’t working with clients or volunteering, you’ll usually find Rebecca spending time with her family and dogs, enjoying the Pacific Northwest, or finding an excuse to get out on the water — sometimes with a crab pot in hand. 🦀
